Founder, Embodied Field

hI, i'M Dr Andie

Dr. Andie Libutti is a former emergency room physician, founder of The Embodied Field, and creator of Health as Coherence.

After more than two decades in conventional and alternative medicine, she began asking a deeper question: Why do so many people understand what supports health, healing, and transformation, yet struggle to fully live it?

That question led her beyond the traditional paradigm and into an exploration of consciousness, coherence, nervous system intelligence, and the deeper relationship between awareness and embodied change.

Today, Dr. Andie helps people bridge the gap between awakening and everyday life. Her work integrates science, spirituality, and lived experience into a practical framework for creating greater coherence, self-trust, vitality, and alignment.

Known for her grounded presence and ability to translate complex concepts into simple everyday practices, Dr. Andie teaches that transformation is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who you are and creating the conditions for that truth to be fully lived.

The Embodied Field helps people bridge the gap between awakening and embodiment through coherence, alignment, and everyday living.
